My passion for health and fitness was born from struggle. I faced weight gain in high school and an eating disorder in college. After years of fighting my body, I chose to change my life and stepped into the gym, where I fell in love with getting stronger. Strong is sexy, and the mental confidence I’ve gained has been life-changing. Every woman deserves to feel this strong, confident, and empowered!!

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

My favorite way to train and stay fit is lifting weights—it’s truly my passion. Strength training makes me feel my best both mentally and physically, building confidence, discipline, and strength from the inside out. I start my day with stretching and end it the same way, because mobility and recovery are just as important as the workout itself. Prioritizing how my body feels keeps me strong, balanced, and consistent!

What would you do with $20,000?

With $20,000, I would finally feel room to breathe. Finances have always felt like a constant weight on my shoulders, making it hard to fully invest in my goals. I would use this opportunity to create accessible fitness content, programs, and events that make women feel welcomed, confident, and excited about movement. My goal would be to remove intimidation from the gym and show women that fitness can be empowering, sustainable, and life-changing—no matter where they’re starting from!
