I’m fueled by the strength and confidence that come from pushing my body and mind. My life experiences, relationships, judgment, and even hate have shaped me—but they’ve never broken me. Through discipline, faith in God, and movement, I’ve learned that health and fitness aren’t just about appearance—they’re about resilience, self-respect, and honoring what my body can do. Choosing sobriety has sharpened my mind, strengthened my discipline, and deepened my relationship with God.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I love workouts that challenge my entire body, with a strong focus on glutes, core, and upper body. Strength training and HIIT are my favorites because they push me mentally and physically, help sculpt my body, and give me an energy boost that lasts throughout the day.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would use the $20,000 to fully invest in myself and my brand—developing products, branding, and marketing while creating real opportunities in health, fitness, and fashion. I launched my first brand during COVID and stepped back out of fear of judgment. This time, I’m moving with confidence, discipline, and a long-term vision to build something impactful and secure my future.
