What fuels your passion for fitness?

You only get one body and one life this is what fuels my passion for fitness this is why I think it’s important to take care of my body. And it makes me feel good not just confidence wise but mentally and physically, through consistent exercise and healthy eating.

Tell us your favorite way to stay fit

My favorite way to stay fit is running I look forward to my run everyday. I average around 6.5 miles a day and will run anywhere from 32-45 miles a week. Something about running outside especially in nature is so therapeutic. Even days when I’m not feeling my best I still get out there and sometimes that’ll be my best run that week or even if it was rough I’m still proud of myself for doing it anyways. It’s also rewarding seeing my progress and my times improve.

What would you do with $20,000?

It would immensely help me in being able to get a home for myself. I’ve been saving up but with the 20k I would have the money to actually seriously start looking for my home. I currently live in an apartment and I would love to be able to settle in somewhere that is mine to make my own. Especially having my own outside space so I could have a small garden to grow some of my own vegetables has been a dream of mine for a long time.
