What fuels my passion is knowing fitness changed my life from the inside out. Training became my anchor during the seasons I needed it most, building discipline, confidence, and mental resilience. I believe true health goes beyond the physical — it’s about longevity, inner strength, and showing up for life. Fitness creates connection, accountability, and community, reminding us we are stronger together than alone.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

CrossFit is my way. It challenges me physically and mentally while constantly pushing me to grow. I love the mix of strength, conditioning, and functional movement, but what truly sets it apart is the community. Training alongside others who push, support, and celebrate each other makes fitness sustainable, empowering, and something I look forward to every day.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would use the $20,000 to invest in what matters most to me; my family, my love, and my growth. I would travel to see my mom and family in Texas, whom I don’t get to see often. I would finally take a honeymoon with my husband (we were married in September and haven’t had the time or means yet). Lastly, I would put the rest toward my schooling to become a paramedic, investing in my future and long-term stability while serving others.
