I have a complex past and mile long story (as each of us do) - but health and fitness gives us something to get up and work for every single day even on the hardest ones. It teaches us that it is more than okay to choose ourselves. It gives the girls who come after me something strong, joyful, fulfilling, and healthy to watch and become inspired by the drive and pride that comes with it. The community of like minded individuals who come together in fitness to be 1% better every day is powerful.

I'm a competitive Crossfitter! I love that there is always something I can't do yet, some part of my fitness to be better at, a skill I haven't learned yet, or a PR I haven't reached. It leads to constant drive and celebration of every small victory. I also could not be more thankful for the community. These are all some of the best people I have ever had the privilege of meeting - people I now love and will forever call friends, mentors, motivators, and family.

Buy a house and make it a home. I would also try to pay back my dad for all the support he has given me throughout my adult life (though he has never asked for a dime back). Hopefully give a piece back to the community that has shown me so much love and support the last few years of my life. The rest invest!
