Receive Text UpdatesFitness became my anchor during periods of instability and self-doubt. It taught me how to regulate my nervous system, reclaim my body, and build self-trust when life felt chaotic. I train to sculpt my body, to embody resilience. I want to be the representation I once searched for. a reminder to younger Latinas that strength can be soft, ambition can be healing and caring for your body is a powerful act of self-respect.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to stay fit is lifting weights as a personal trainer to build strength and discipline, running for my mental health, and walking to explore and stay connected to my environment.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest $20,000 into building the ecosystem I once needed by launching my clothing line and expanding my personal training business. My goal is to create visible representation in fitness and offer women, especially immigrant Latinas, tools to build strength, confidence, and ownership of their bodies.
