What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

I guess I was just born with a love of sports. Genetics play a big part so my ability to engage in sports since the age of 4 has been evident of why I just love it so much. I am competitive of course but more so I enjoy the challenges, the discipline, the accountability and mental & physical gains I get from a good workout or years of benefits of locking myself in to training, health & wellness overall. The impact your positive state of mind and drive can have on others is also profound.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I love a lot of different sports but the ones I physically engage in myself in order to master is Karate, Sprinting, Gym and Surfing. These have been at the core of my fitness since my youth. I am currently going for my 2nd degree black and am part of the USA Karate Team. We participate in tournaments on national and international level which I am very proud of and thoroughly enjoy. Most of my training days are filled with extensive karate training and other workouts 6 days per week.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I had the honor of winning this I would donate some of it into my medical business to fund a sick child or adult in need of our cutting edge regenerative treatments that they cannot afford. I would also use it to encourage more people by way of a tv talk show or podcast to take part in opportunities such as this one, in order to motivate them.
