Fitness has been my anchor through life’s hardest seasons—from supporting my mother through Parkinson’s to losing my brother to suicide. It deepened my belief that movement is truly medicine. I never take my health or ability to move for granted. As a mom, I lead by example, building a life rooted in strength, confidence, and vitality for my sons. At 48, I embody resilience, discipline, joy, and purpose—and I’ve never felt more aligned or empowered to inspire others.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train and stay fit is with weight training, walking, hiking, and Jiu Jitsu! Staying fit is also about mindset...my reasons for training now exceed far beyond esthetics...it's about longevity and feeling amazing from the inside out...as well as setting an example for my kids:)
What would you do with $20,000?I would use the $20,000 to invest in going back to school to get my masters in clinical counseling or social work to continue with my passion of helping others and writing a book!:) Thank you for considering me as a candidate!
