Health and fitness saved me in a dark season of my life. It gave me something to fight for when I didn’t feel like fighting for myself. Now it’s more than workouts — it’s how I remind myself and other women they’re allowed to take up space, feel strong, and rebuild themselves from the inside out
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to stay fit is mixing strength training in the gym with cardio. I stay consistent by being disciplined, but I also listen to my body so I can train smart, not just hard. I focus on being well-rounded — training my body and protecting my mental health. Most importantly, I enjoy the process, because fitness should build your life, not burn you out.
What would you do with $20,000?First I need a vacation!! As a single mom I would use it to take my kids and I in a much needed trip! Then I’d use it to create more resources for women who feel stuck where I once was — programs, content, and tools that make health and fitness feel possible instead of overwhelming. Focusing on mind, body and soul!
