What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I lift heavy. I lift often. I eat for the physique I want and the body I have. Lifting weights at the community recreation center has not only strengthened me physically but strengthened my connection to the community!
What would you do with $20,000?If I received the winning prize I would be investing it into my family’s future. Taking care of those I love fulfills me like nothing else.
