Receive Text UpdatesTraining has been the one constant through motherhood, aging, and mental health struggles. The gym isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s where I build strength, discipline, and confidence. The gym has been a safe place for me to really feel confident and myself.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is strength training with progressive overload. I focus on building muscle and strength to support longevity and everyday life. I add cardio a few times a week to support heart health and overall balance.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use the money to support my family’s education and health. With children in college pursuing careers in healthcare, it’s important to me that they see fitness as more than aesthetics. I want them to understand that true fitness is about strength, longevity, and overall well-being, and that investing in health is one of the most meaningful things we can do.
