What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Strength training is key! I use mainly free weights/barbells & some machines. I started out as a beginner and now I love lifting as heavy as possible.
What would you do with $20,000?I would continue to fuel my passion for fitness as a professional fitness trainer. I’d pour back into my career (ongoing education & helping others) as much as it’s poured into me. As a single mother, I want to thrive- not just survive. This prize would help me finish my degree and help more people in the fitness space!
