Life is challenging and one thing that can really help reduce stress and build strength is physical exercise! While there’s no guarantee against certain diseases, we can reduce our risk by living a healthy lifestyle. I try to share my knowledge and encourage others to move, rest, hydrate and fuel our bodies and minds in the best way possible! I’m also passionate about fundraising for childhood cancer initiatives, and I want to spread awareness of the B+ Foundation and Andrew’s incredible story!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love it all! Strength training is super important and as women age, we need it each day! I love using a barbell, mini trampoline, spinning, barre, aqua fitness, kickboxing and more! My focus is on women from youth to beyond menopause! Core training, balance, mobility and stretching are always a priority! As a single mom of 4 amazing daughters, I love having strength and lots of energy!
What would you do with $20,000?My dream is to create an online coaching presence, Including fitness, stress management, parenting and more! The money would be a great help for this and I would give to the B+ Foundation!
