Training is how I protect my body, regulate my mind, and stay capable for the life I’m building. Strength, to me, is long-term self-respect, not something to prove.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I train with intention and variety. I love lifting heavy, running for endurance, slowing down with yoga, and prioritizing mobility. Each has a purpose and supports a different part of my health. Strength, stamina, and movement quality all matter. Sustainability matters most. The goal is to train for longevity, not PR's.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d invest it into access and longevity. I’d build a dedicated kids room in my gym so moms can show up consistently and expand programs that help women train safely through different seasons of life. Health changes when barriers are removed early, not after burnout.
