To be honest, it used to be other people around me that had physiques that I wanted, but now it’s for not only for my own health, but for setting an example for my children. Setting a standard that is healthy and positive is sometimes something that is hard to come by in this generation. Being active I believe starts at a young age and setting that example for others is what drives me to want to be my best self. In hopes I can help even just one single person makes all the hard work worth it.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I have tried all sorts of different exercise types over the years and that’s the beauty in it. You can choose what is right for your lifestyle as it is ever-changing. I am currently involved in orange theory fitness and also I am training for my first half marathon. The community behind these activities is really what drives me to show up and be involved.
What would you do with $20,000?This money would change my life. It would jump start my goals of expanding our home and setting up a home gym. But it’s not just about fitness, it’s about life. This money would be for my family as well. I strive to be able to show them that achieving their dreams and goals are possible.
