I was bullied from a very young age for medical reasons that had me in and out of the hospital the first 15 years of my life. I was always skinny, though never understood the truth behind health, wellness, & fitness. As I age, I love to push and challenge my body to the limits. I've developed a passion for helping others too whether it be nutritional or helping to put a workout program together for someone. The fire in my heart will never die knowing I want to be the best example for future gens

My favorite way to train is body building and boxing. I love learning new exercises to incorporate into my workouts and boxing helps keep my mind sharp. I feel empowered as a strong woman when I put those gloves on. A safe place where I don't have to perform or be anything I don't want to be. I just get to do what I love.

I've been working towards getting my personal training license so I'd love to put the money toward building a brand for myself and creating an online presence in the fitness world. Website/app/clothing brand. I want to Use my knowledge and passion to help others reach their goals and to realize this is a lifestyle not a punishment. The mentality that It's a blessing to "get" to move your body and not the mentality of "having" to move your body.
