Receive Text UpdatesHealth and fitness ground me. As a veteran and someone living with bipolar disorder, movement and routine help me stay steady, present, and resilient. Training is how I show up for myself — building strength one day at a time, both mentally and physically.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Strength training is my foundation — especially lifting heavy with intention. I also love pickleball because it keeps fitness fun and competitive, and it’s brought incredible people into my life. For me, training is about balance: pushing hard while supporting longevity, recovery, and mental health.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d invest in education, coaching, and resources that help me advocate for mental health through fitness — especially for women and veterans. I believe movement can be a powerful tool for stability, confidence, and healing. And yes — I’d upgrade some fitness gear to support the journey.
