I want to not just exercise but be cautious of what I put into my body. What you put in is what you get out!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love high interval training, free weights, and trail running with family. I think of any form of hard work as a fitness workout which makes it easy to find a sense of joy in working around the house and my business.
What would you do with $20,000?If I won 20,000.00 I would give 10% to a couple single parents in need that I know fight to set examples for their children through hard work and dedication. I would use the rest to pay off debt and use the extra money to work towards other goals to upgrade my home for my children to inherit a well maintained home.
