Helping others as I have been to find their strength and push themselves past their own limitations both mentally and physically. Showing how function and form can translate into regular life outside of the gym. Prevent injury and gain strength and confidence in their abilities learn difference of achieving goals with determination.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Resistance weight training within the gym with progressive overload , tempo , and utilizing both strength and hypertrophy . Hiking and walking outdoors in nature adventuring with my fiance for cardio. Especially with the Oregon forests and landscape to view along the way it’s both recharging mentally as much as it’s good for my physical health.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use some for my upcoming wedding celebration. Set up my new life with my fiancée. Donate towards our recovery community in some way especially for the women - many just learning how to take care of their physical health. Anything to help them be strong in life and sobriety. Bless those who have helped me get to where I am today. There are so many people who have helped me to discover who I am and I only hope I can make that difference for someone else.
