Being able to stay healthy and mobile well into my 80’s. My mom has Alzheimer’s and that made me realize that health and fitness is so much more than looking good, it’s about making sure you’re taken care of from the inside out!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love to lift heavy in the gym. I also just took up Olympic weightlifting and that has been so much fun to see the improvements with each session!
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000 I would make more improvements to my home gym, and take my kids on the vacation of their dreams!
