Honestly? A mix of vanity, sanity, and snacks 😄 I work out so my jeans fit, my mind stays calm, and I can eat like a happy human without guilt. Health and fitness keep me strong enough to chase goals, dodge stress, and still have energy left to laugh at life. What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to stay fit is tricking myself into thinking I’m not working out 😄 Pickleball that “accidentally” turns into intense cardio, lifting weights while pretending I’m starring in a fitness commercial, and stretching because my body files complaints if I don’t. I sweat, I laugh, I hydrate, and I call it a very professional fitness plan 💪😂
What would you do with $20,000?I’d invest it wisely… after a very responsible moment of celebration 😄 I’d put some into my health and fitness dreams, upgrade my training, fuel my body with top-tier groceries (because protein isn’t cheap), and maybe hire a coach so someone yells “ONE MORE!” at me professionally. And yes—there would also be a small, very justified portion dedicated to recovery, self-care, and snacks. Balance is health
