The results of feeling like I’ve accomplished something that millions of people don’t dream of achieving! When the alarm goes off at 430, I don’t hesitate because I know in the next 2 hours, while everyone else is sleeping, I’m working towards elongating my amazing life! The fountain of youth exists in the gym…and hydrating!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love lifting weights and going beyond what I think my body is capable of. When I do my picture check-ins, then compare them, I even surprise myself. I love walking and running with my dogs as well. The bond gets stronger with each step we take.
What would you do with $20,000?I have family in the Philippines who are highly impoverished. I visited recently and they were shocked by the fact I looked so fit & strong at almost 50, they were inspired to run with me everyday. I would take the money to help them continue their fitness journey and other dreams. I bought one of cousins an e-bike to take her sons to school. Her husband died in an accident, and therefore relies on family. She has asthma, still came out to w/us to walk, I was so impressed, that I got the e-bike!
