The health benefits that keep my body strong. Even though the struggles of life and disabilities when my body tries to hold me back. I believe it helps mentally, emotionally and physically.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love dancing, walking, stretching and weights . Anything with movement helps me. I enjoy helping others to work out as well. I feel like the gym is a community where we encourage each other to do our best.
What would you do with $20,000?I would help the homeless in my area. There are many of them where I live. A lot with their own disabilities and mental illness.
