Health is wealth. My passion for health and fitness comes from the discipline it builds and the way it pushes me to become a better version of myself each day. Balancing my academic and athletic goals, while completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling this May, allows me to support both my physical and mental well-being. While maintaining a strong passion for health and fitness I am able to gain confidence in myself while being in the best shape possible.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to stay fit is through variety and intentional movement. I love teaching cycling classes and participating in barre, Pilates, TRX bootcamps, boxing, yoga, and Les Mills BodyPump. I also enjoy challenging myself by building cardio endurance on the treadmill, followed by recovery in the sauna to support overall strength, balance, and longevity.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use $20,000 to pay down my student loans while also giving back to my community. One tradition that’s important to me is taking time to have real conversations with people experiencing homelessness and buying them meals, like Chick-fil-A sandwiches. I believe financial stability and human connection are both powerful ways to create impact.
