At 22 I lost my mom from bad health. I decided from a young age that I would not repeat the cycle. My journey is for my son. I want to be around to run after my grandchildren and be in good shape as I age. My fuel is my independence and the people I love. I am on fire for my health. I love seeing my body transform and become stronger. I personal train clients to help others enjoy becoming strong and achieving their goals. Helping myself and others is MY PASSION.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love HITT training, I love the sweat and putting in the work. I do weight training and body weight exercise 5 days a week. I love trying different exercises and incorporating TRX. I love a good challenge and I make sure To eat very clean and always do my cardio. I love seeing the transformation. I love the way my body feels after I exercise. It’s an addiction for sure.
What would you do with $20,000?I have always dreamed of owning my own gym. I want to teach circuit classes and offer Pilates to this area where there is only 1 facility and it is too expensive for the community .I would take the 20.000 dollars and open my own gym so I could help others and make exercise affordable and enjoyable. I would use my money to help others.
