My family fuels my passion! I love my Children more than anything in this world and I want to be a positive role model for them always. I want to show them how keeping yourself physically fit is more than just that. It’s beyond important for your mental well being as well.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love to lift weights. I lift weights 6 days a week with a 3 lower and 3 upper body split and do 3 cardio sessions a week. I enjoy walking as well and I try to make sure it get around 15k steps a day! Ive been known to dabble in a good Pilates reformer class as well. :)
What would you do with $20,000?If I win the $20,000 I would definitely use it to take some courses to get my certification as this is my true passion and I would love nothing more than to help others be successful in learning to love themselves again. I think a lot of women especially over the age of 40 don’t believe that it’s possible to get in the best shape of their lives and that is simply not true! I’m living proof of that.
