What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Definitely lifting weights in the gym. I want others to see that strength, no matter what way you train, is built through commitment, not comparison, and that caring for your body is one of the most powerful forms of self-respect.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d use the $20,000 to keep investing in my health and to build simple fitness and wellness tools for real life - busy schedules, kids, stress, and all. I want to help make healthy living feel doable, not overwhelming, and create something that actually helps people long-term and sticks.
