Knowing that proper nutrition and daily movement prolong the longevity of my life (God willing!). In 20 years from now, I want to be able to roll around on the floor with my grandkids- and I know to get me there, I need to stay in the best shape that I can.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love throwing around heavy weights in the gym! There is nothing more therapeutic than that!
