What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train and stay fit is lifting weights and biking. Strength training builds power, confidence, and resilience, while biking keeps me energized, clears my mind, and supports endurance. Together, they create the perfect balance of strength, performance, and mental clarity that keeps me motivated and consistent.
What would you do with $20,000?Winning $20,000 will give me the opportunity to invest it in expanding access to health and fitness supporting training, education, and resources that help people build strength, confidence, and long-term wellness. I’d also reinvest in my own growth so I can continue to lead by example and make a greater impact in my community.
