I train with purpose, focused on progress, form, and consistency while staying active beyond the gym. Fitness should enhance life, not overwhelm it, and I strive to embody that balance daily.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use this opportunity to strengthen my family and community, supporting my partner so she can better support her children. I would also invest in education, training, and outreach to expand my ability to advocate for balanced, sustainable health and inspire others to build strength with confidence and intention.
