I believe in wellness of the body + mind as a whole. As a cosmetologist, I helped women connect with their confidence by enhancing what they already had on the outside. As a former soccer player, I know the importance of physical activity + the role nutrition plays in overall health. Studying fitness & movement drove me to get my CPT & start school for Kinesiology. I’m gaining the knowledge to give women the right information, encouragement & guidance into a healthier and sustainable lifestyle

I’m somewhat of a hybrid. I love weight lifting and strength training, but really appreciate Mobilty training and inversion related workouts. I can’t go without Pilates, and throw in some reformer work and I’m a happy girl! I am a soccer player through and through so anything outside makes my soul sing. That fresh grass in the morning will do it for me everytime!

I have committed to continuing my education in the field of kinesiology and communication, so having the ability to pay for the high price tag that comes along with education would be heaven sent. As much as I love being a living testament for fitness and wellness, being able to educate and help others by giving them proper knowledge of healthy practices and how to level up their quality of life through movement and nutrition, really feels like one of my life’s callings.
