My passion is fueled mainly by my mental health, and helping others. As a D1 soccer player who’s always been at the top level of competitiveness for my sport, it’s very easy to fall into what I “should look like”. My fitness journey has always been an advocacy for me to enjoy living, live, staying healthy, all in ways that suit me.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I am always getting touches in on the field, lifting in the gym, or going on gorgeous runs on trails.
What would you do with $20,000?$20,000 would help greatly to be able to keep my healthy habits up as a college student athlete. It would allow me to be able to fuel my body, feel good about the clothes i’m wearing to workout, and grow my social media platform to connect to other athletes, and women. I would love to be more of an advocate about mental health as athletes. And help younger females to not fall into the “what a female should look like” through social media.
