Receive Text UpdatesMy passion for health and fitness comes from reclaiming my body after years of disconnection. Traumatic experiences led me into an eating disorder for nearly a decade, until I realized I only get one body and no one will care for it if I don’t. Fitness became a way to heal, build trust with myself, and choose respect over control. Health and fitness isn’t something you have to do—it’s something you get to do.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Brazilian jiu-jitsu is my anchor. It teaches resilience, adaptability, and calm under pressure. I also ski avidly, which keeps me grounded and present, and I relax through swimming and meditative stretching. Together, these practices allow me to train with intensity while honoring recovery, balance, and long-term health.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest the $20,000 so it could grow and fund year-long gym scholarships for young women recovering from disordered eating or trauma. Along with access to fitness, I would offer a big-sister style mentorship to help them rebuild confidence, strength, and trust in their bodies—so they can truly get their lives back.
