Receive Text UpdatesHealth and fitness fuel me because I learned early that consistency creates confidence. My mom trained with me every day, showing me that showing up matters more than motivation. That lesson carried me through being a D1 athlete, and now I use fitness to inspire others to build sustainable, lifelong strength.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love training across disciplines. I started with powerlifting, explored CrossFit, competed in HYROX, and now I’m working toward adding a marathon in 2026. Mixing strength, endurance, and functional fitness keeps me challenged and balanced. Training this way has taught me that true fitness is versatile, sustainable, and built for life
What would you do with $20,000?I would use $20,000 to become a certified personal trainer and I’ve always had a dream to open my own gym, to build a space where confidence is created, not questioned. Fitness changed my life, and I want to be the bridge—especially for women—who walk into the gym unsure and leave feeling strong, capable, and empowered. My goal is to help others discover the strength that changes how they live.
