What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I have soooo many , I think thats what's part of keeping me interested 😁 stairs , obstacle courses , yoga , pull ups push ups and planks (3 p's) ... pushing iron or hanging upside down for GI Jane abs 😁 i love it all 😁💪🤸✨️
