My passion comes from seeing what strength does for women beyond the gym. It builds confidence, resilience, spirit, and self-trust. I train not for aesthetics, but for mental health, inspiration for others, spiritual wellbeing, and longevity. I believe the modern woman deserves a fitness philosophy that supports her whole life—holistic strength, health, family, nature, and purpose.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

Strength training with a functional focus is my bread and butter—compound lifts, progressive overload, and movement patterns that build real capability. I pair this with daily activity, intuitive movements, yoga, and time outdoors to stay balanced. For me, fitness is about building a strong, resilient body that can perform in real life while staying healthy long term.

What would you do with $20,000?

This goes beyond the monetized prize… This win would prove that the small, poor girl who knew she was destined for greater things actually manifested the woman she believed in deep down despite the whole world telling her otherwise—and she did it 190% on her own. This win would not just benefit me, but all of the other girls/woman who think the same. I would reinvest the money into building a wellness community and teaching woman of sustainable fitness and nutrition rituals.
