Since I instilled living a healthy lifestyle into my 4 adult children, my passion now comes from helping overwhelmed, overworked and potentially overweight women reclaim their vitality. At 71, I know what it takes to stay strong, focused and vibrant in every stage of menopause. Guiding women to transform their lives through mindset, meals and movement fuels me because I've lived it, teach it and believe every woman deserves to feel confident and unstoppable.

Weight training is my foundation because it keeps me strong, disciplined and confident as a natural bodybuilding champion. I also enjoy yoga and flexibility training to stay mobile, grounded and balanced. The combination of lifting and mindful movement supports my longevity and allows me to feel powerful, centered and capable.

I would use the $20,000 to support community-based initiatives that help women in midlife build strength, mobility, and confidence through movement. I see so many women struggle with their health and aging, that my goal is to create supportive spaces, education, and visibility that normalize strong, active women over 50 and shift how aging, health, and longevity are viewed. I'd also like to take my husband on a well deserved trip somewhere with a beach because we love the sea.
