Receive Text UpdatesUndergoing a prophylactic double mastectomy this year reshaped my relationship with my body and reinforced the importance of movement as rehabilitation, resilience, and long-term care. Pilates became a cornerstone of my own recovery, while also continuing to be the way I support other women on their health journeys. As a BRCA2+ 41-year-old mom of two, my work is rooted in longevity, overall wellness, and building strength that supports real life. My studio and community are an extension of that
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is through my Pilates practice — on the mat, reformer, and now expanding into chair work. I also prioritize a daily 30-minute walk and am gradually easing back into strength training since my surgery. For me, it’s all about consistency, longevity, and honouring where my body is.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest the $20,000 back into community & personal growth — purchasing additional Pilates equipment for my growing studio community and personal practice, and continuing my education to support my clients, my own rehabilitation, and long-term wellness.
