The way I take care of my body sets the example for my children. I want them to see that strength, discipline, and self-care are part of everyday life—not something you do only when it’s convenient. Fitness gives me the energy to show up fully as a mom, the mental clarity to homeschool with patience, and the confidence to face life’s challenges. By choosing health daily, I’m teaching my kids that their bodies are gifts worth honoring.

Weightlifting is my daily go-to. It makes me feel strong, confident, and capable—both in and out of the gym. I also love swimming to challenge my body while staying low-impact. Beyond structured workouts, I focus on staying active throughout the day, whether that’s moving with my kids, getting outside, and simply moving whenever possible.

I would use it to invest in both my family and my future. A portion would go toward creating meaningful experiences and opportunities for my kids, teaching them the value of growth, commitment, and chasing big dreams. The rest would be invested in becoming a certified personal trainer, specializing in working with women and mamas—helping them build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits. This investment would allow me to turn my passion for fitness into a purpose-driven career.
