Receive Text UpdatesMy father died a couple years ago at the age of 60. He had a lot of life to live, people to meet and music to listen to. He was unable to let go of his addictions and up until his death so was I. After he was gone I became passionate about changing my life, how I was treating myself and the direction I was headed. The past two years I quite drinking and have been focused on my physical and mental health.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love skating for cardio, especially while playing a game like hockey or ringette. I like skiing. Even though I can’t stay on my feet and mostly snow plow my way down the hill. My favourite way to work out in general is lifting weights. When I am able to up the weight or see a change in my physic it gives me confidence that I never had before.
What would you do with $20,000?I would put it away to save for my future, most likely would go towards a home
