My passion comes from experiencing firsthand how movement can rebuild confidence & regulate our nervous system. Fitness isn’t about building a frame, it’s about longevity, resilience, and consistent daily habits that compound into life changing results and that is what fuels my passion.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Being a try-everything kind of girl, I have done probably almost anything you can think of! Although, I have recently grown to love hybrid training blending strength, endurance, mobility, functional movement, and recovery. I am currently training for my second HYROX race. I lead movement in after school youth programs, and teach Pilates. Movement is community for me, connecting, learning, and growing together, so you’ll find me at every community wellness event!
What would you do with $20,000?As someone who works hard for everything, this would be such a jumpstart to my long term goals. I want to build stability for myself and my future children, giving them the chance to explore, grow, and prioritize their overall wellness and find their passion from an early age. And most importantly, I want to be able to give back to my parents. Everything I do is with the future in mind.
