Receive Text UpdatesAt the start of my fitness journey, I was driven by results. I’ve battled with pushing too hard and losing myself in the pursuit of perfection. I fell in love with fitness but went too far & eventually lost my period due to hypothalamic amenorrhea. That experience reshaped my view of fitness and forced me to slow down & listen. Now, my passion for health & fitness comes from the desire to feel my best by listening to what my body needs & never giving up on becoming the healthiest version of me!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I’ve been strength training consistently for the past 4 years, and lifting will always be my foundation. Over the last 2 years, I’ve expanded my training to include long-distance running and yoga, which has taught me balance, resilience, and body awareness. I’m passionate about building strength that translates beyond the gym and finding sustainable, empowering ways to move every day.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest the $20,000 into completing my doctorate in physical therapy and expanding accessible education around sustainable training and women’s hormonal health.
