I want to live life, I want to see everything, keeping fit allows me to adventure and explore and have energy to do this with my babies. I'm not just physically fit, I'm also emotionally/ mentally fit. I have grown stronger and have more confidence in the person I have become because of fitness. I'm inspired at the gym and hope to inspire others.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Throwing around weights and barbells at the gym, running, walks at sunrise and midnight, chasing my kids around parks, hitting homers (almost) playing softball, indoor rock climbing, hiking, so blessed that I have a body capable to explore God's masterpiece. I'm a Meal preppin queen, so I'll always have nutritious food available!
What would you do with $20,000?Rent out the local gym to hold a free event for teen girls in the community to teach them confidence in the gym and how fitness is not just how you look but what it can do for your mental, emotional, and physical heath. Take my kids to Hawaii if there is any left to hike and scuba dive!
