Being able to be an example and an inspiration for the new generation, it really inspires me. Showing my grandchildren that the one only way to live a healthy life is by being focused into your health and strength.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love training with weights. I became a bodybuilder when I was 50 years old and I never walked away from it. Cardio and flexibility, I always make sure you’re a part of my life on a regular basis. You need the full package in order to succeed.
What would you do with $20,000?I would love to spend it and the kids that cannot afford to have a personal trainer and to teach them how to train with no injuries.🙏💪
