I love growing & learning about way to strengthen my faults. Wellness overall has allowed me to reconnect to myself & realign. I’m more aware & constantly learning about what’s to do better, become stronger and more disciplined in areas needed. It’s given me focus, longevity, & a life with quality control. It’s taught me how to give true self love to myself, giving me the gems to share with others as well.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?High intensity circuits & strength training are my two favorite types of styles. They keep me actively pushing my limits.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d love to help my clients create mini gardens of their own so they can have a reliable source of nutrition to choose from. I could also provide gift cards to my clients who’d like to make the nutritional switch from shopping at grocery stores & introduce farmers markets. Nutrition is a MAJOR factor in our daily health. The source matters. i want to invest in the proper marketing team to create educational content to help inform people of fresh resources & warn them of fda approved red zones!
