Receive Text UpdatesWhat fuels my passion is watching women realize how strong and capable they truly are. Strength training gave me my confidence and identity back, not just a physical transformation. I’ve seen how getting strong changes how women show up in their lives, their families, and themselves. Helping women stop shrinking and start owning their strength is what drives me every day.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is powerlifting and structured strength training with clear goals to work toward. Having a goal — whether it’s a PR, a competition, or improving technique — keeps training purposeful and motivating. Powerlifting taught me discipline, resilience, and confidence, and it’s a reminder that strength is built through consistency, patience, and belief in yourself.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest $20,000 into expanding access to strength and nutrition education for women, especially moms who feel intimidated or overwhelmed by fitness. That would include creating affordable resources, community-driven programs, and educational content that help women build confidence in the gym and fuel their bodies properly.
