Health and fitness gave me my life back. Training taught me discipline, confidence, and how to rebuild myself when everything else felt unstable. Movement is my therapy, my outlet, and my way of proving to myself—and others—that strength is earned through consistency and self-respect. I’m passionate about showing women that fitness isn’t about perfection, but about empowerment, healing, and becoming someone you’re proud of.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I train as a bodybuilder—pushing myself to be the best I can be, physically and mentally. Training taught me discipline, confidence, and how to stay steady even when life isn’t. The gym has always been my safe place, my escape, and my foundation. Even during a time when that space was forced to feel unsafe, I kept showing up—because my strength, my work ethic, and my growth could never be taken from me.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would invest the $20,000 into long-term stability and impact—either securing a safe, steady home or expanding access to a gym space where I can train, create, and inspire others. I would also pour resources into growing my athletic brand to help empower more women through fitness, confidence, and self-belief. This investment would create opportunity not just for me, but for the community I aim to uplift.
