My passion is fueled by survival, faith, and purpose. After facing cancer, kidney failure, and life’s battles, fitness became my discipline, my healing, and my testimony especially bring a mother it’s vital. God gave me breath again, and I honor it through movement. I train not just to look strong—but to live strong, lead my children by example, and remind others that no matter what you’ve endured, healing and strength are still possible.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I love functional strength training combined with running and high-energy workouts that challenge both mind and body. Training is my prayer in motion—it keeps me disciplined, focused, and grounded. Every workout has purpose—building strength for life, endurance for impact, and consistency for growth.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would invest the funds directly into my newly launched charity, expanding health, fitness, and wellness initiatives for women, mothers, and survivors. The money would support programs, resources, and community outreach that promote physical strength, mental resilience, and spiritual healing. This isn’t just an investment in me—it’s an investment in lives changed.
