My passion for health and fitness comes from knowing how powerful it is to feel strong and confident in your own body. Movement became more than exercise for me it became a way to regain control, support my mental well-being, and build resilience through challenges. I believe fitness isn’t about perfection or aesthetics, but about self-respect and showing up for yourself. Helping others reconnect with their strength fuels me, because realizing your body is capable is truly transformative.

I stay fit through weight training, balanced nutrition, and intentional rest, three essentials that support strength, recovery, and long-term health. My studio is where I get strong, stay consistent, and inspire myself and others every day.

I would invest $20,000 into my fitness business by upgrading my branding and marketing, improving client experience, purchasing quality equipment, and continuing my education with certifications. I’d also invest in content creation for social media and keep a small buffer for unexpected expenses, turning the money into growth, credibility, and a stronger connection with my clients.
