I am the mother of a girl with autism. I chose fitness to be strong and healthy for her. I understood that in order to be there for her, I first needed to take care of myself. I want to inspire other women to take care of themselves with love.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?It's about waking up early every day, preparing my breakfast and my outfit (which is a must!), taking my pre-workout supplement, and giving my all while lifting weights at the gym!
What would you do with $20,000?If I won the $20,000, I would invest it in opening a small gym or fitness studio. A space focused on effective training, especially for women, where physical and mental health, consistency, and confidence are promoted. It would be an accessible, judgment-free place where people can feel strong and motivated.
